Shipping
Shipping:
We ship orders as soon as they are received. Most orders received before 5pm will be shipped within one business day.
If any product is out of stock, these items will be shipped as soon as they become available for shipment.
Free Shipping:
Free
shipping is offered from www.amddoityourself.com for all orders only to the lower 48 states. For Fast Shipping, additional fees
will apply, which you will see at checkout. All Aerosols must be shipped ground only.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or the
US Territories.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or the US Territories will be charged additional shipping fees based on size, destination,
and weight.
Shipment dates:
Shipment dates are Monday thru Friday. Orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the
following business day.
Receiving Orders:
Most items leave the warehouse within 1 business day after order has been placed.
You can expect packages between 5 - 10 business days from ship date.
Insecticide Restrictions:
Some insecticide
concentrates cannot be shipped to certain states depending on their specific laws. If product cannot be sold in that state,
you will see this information on the products information page prior to the add to cart buttons.
Wrong Address Charges.
If customer
enters an incorrect address for shipment, our carriers charge an additonal $10.00 fee. This fee will be passed onto the customer.
We will attempt to verify information prior to shipment.
If you enter an incorrect shipping address and the package is sent
and delivered to another person, and we cannot recover the items, we will have to charge you the full order price again if you
want the order shipped to the correct address. We cannot refund for address mistakes.

Return Policies
Return Policies:
To qualify for a refund,
All returned items must be sent within 30 days of the original ship date from www.amddoityourself.com All
items returned must be in original packaging or containers. These products cannot be opened or used. www.amddoityourself.com pest
control will not accept opened products, packages, ect...or defaced or marked manufacturer containers. AMD will not accept return
if packaging is not in its original condition.
www.amddoityourself.com reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and
withhold credit.
All shipping cost related to the return must be paid in full by the customer. AMD will provide a full
refund to you for the returned items, minus the shipping charges to return the order.

2) AMD support will give you information on how and where to return product.

You will have to pay return shipping costs. For your protection, We suggest all returns be
back by a
traceable carrier. Most refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving
and processing
the return.
